             Christmas Menu 2007                  

Lunch   12- 5pm        Dinner   5 -9pm         £14.95

   Winter vegetable broth served with crusty bread

        Breaded garlic mushrooms with garlic dip (V)

       Chicken liver pate,Cumberland sauce & toast

       Chilled melon balls with crème de menthe (V)

 Trio of fish on brown bread with horseradish mayo

                                                      

    Roast turkey,ham,stuffing& chipolato sausages

      Fillet of irish salmon with prawn & dill cream

   Grilled gammon steak on a bed of creamed leeks

8oz. Sirloin with brandy & peppercorn cream +£2.50

    Roast topside,Yorkshire pudding & onion gravy

  Baked goats cheese in filo pastry with red onion,

         vine tomato and a balsamic reduction(V)

    All Served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes
